Default What makes you feel chilled out?

I just listened to an acoustic version of "Layla" by Eric Clapton and it made me feel so chilled out, so I wanna know what kinda music chills you out.

BTW, I love the blues, so if NE1 wants to give me NE suggestions, please do.

i love chilling to pink floyd (especially The Wall album) or any instrumental music. I'm not sure if you've heard it but get Eric Clapton's version of Classical Gas. it's supposed to be one of the hardest songs to play on single guitar and only a handful of people can do it, Clapton being one of them.

ambient music is also good, particularily tangerine dream and vangellis(not sure about the spelling). jean michelle jarre has also composed some really good ambient stuff.

Good song, sang it as a duet with a friend on mine.

Certain U2 songs and some Steven Curtis Chapman songs (he's a christian artist, so you might not have heard of him)
Friend of mine (Columbine), this more calms me down.
a lot of other songs too...

nothing really that i can think of, but recently i found this norwegian jazz/ambient/experimental [insert other subgenre of electronic here] band, jaga jazzist, which is perfect for reading or doing homework. i guess it'd be good chillout music as well.

on another note, minus the bear is pretty sultry, lol.

    Anyway, his songs are wonderful...

... if you listen them while being high, they are 100 times more relaxing...
