    Check out Depapepe. They're a Japanese duo whose releases are all instrumental guitar acoustics. I recommend their piece titled "Start"...especially perfect for relaxing and while you're driving.

    the song "dust in the wind" does it for me.
    also, the orchistral versions of the ledgend of zelda songs.
