Favourite Genre?

hmmm... I just noticed noone has done this yet that I can see, so what's everyone's fav. music style? I like pretty much all of it... I'm easy going with music. Let me know if I forgot one ^^.

why are rock and metal separate? metal is a subgenre of rock...

Well, I was thinking more of classic rock and metal as being seperate... should I make that clearer? Of should I join the two?

I am still learning about the way the gendres are divided, I just thought it would be interesting to know what people listen to.

you didn't say classic rock, though. and in that case, classic rock is clearly a subgenre of rock as well. rock is a very broad term...

it's probably for the best that they'd be merged, because if you separate metal, it'd only be logical to separate the legions of other subgenres and that would consume the whole poll :P

for me it's mainly metal, followed by classical and electronica(mainly trance and hardstyle)

I vote "Rock"

But there are others:
- Grunge
- Reggae
- Punk
