What Is The Scariest Movie Ever?

so...i have not ever been scared by watching a movie...but, its probably because i havent seen enough scary movies
some movies i've seen that i havent found scary are Psycho( maybe its because i knew beforehand about the shower scene and the staircase stabbing scene), Saw,The Omen (newer one), the hitcher....

But, I really want to watch a movie that will scare me...so please recommend some movies?

try 'the exorcrist' the remake of the old one. I tried searching for the name, but a series of exorcerist movies pops up.

If you watch a movie, not planning to be scared, then you'll probably won't be. It's only a movie afterall. You gotta help it along.
If you actually WANT to be scared, I say try some foreign horror films.

We're not used to their film language/camera angles, stuff like that, so they might surprise you.
As for examples, you should try any of the Grudge(Ju-on) films. The original japanese "The Ring" is supposed to be much scarier than its American counterpart.

But obviously, if subtitles aren't your thing, then you could try English films such as:
The Exorcist,
John Carpenter's Halloween,
The Shining.

For me the scariest movie i ever watch is the "A Nightmare on Elm Street" .. Wew!! goosebumps always...
