I just saw the trailer for this movie yesterday... it looks action pack and interesting but im iffy about Denzo as the protagonist. Dont get me wrong he's an amazing actor... but this doesn't seem like his type of role, not even Will Smith in my eye. The only other black guy that i could see playing that roll is Wesley Snipes.

I know but many people thought this about "Traning Day" and he was sick in that film, I mean he's played antagonist before but not like in that, dude was one evil mofo but many people loved seeing that more darker side of him including myself.
Seeing him play such a different role will be nice, he's playing the type of protagonist I like you know the ones that will do every and anything to achive there goal, which makes you think for a couple minutes and go damn is he really the good guy lol.

Nah its not the tone of character, hell yea he could dominate the dark roles, but more of the action itself. Like he's doing all that krav maga, swords play action stuff. Give him some guns and shit and he'll shoot up the place in his calm demeanor but i don't know how he'll transfer over to fighting and all that stuff. Meh, either way I'll see it and he'll surprise me as usual.
