Thread: Battlestar Galactica: The reimagined series (SPOILERS)

I've just watched the series finale of Battlestar Galactica and I kind of feel both good and bad. I like the ending, and I've always thought that the fleet will give rise to the civilization (ours, according to the series) today. I kinda feel bad, though, as I've been attached to the series for quite a while now... Seems like I need to find a new series to keep me busy...

Anyway, what are your thoughts about the series?

For the most part I liked the whole past and present thing they did in the finale, except for some characters(ie Rosaline). It's cool how they connected it to our Earth, and the robots at the end was a nice touch.

The show did a good job of wrapping all the loose ends, but I don't like how all the supernatural phenomenons are explained away as angels and gods. Although the show always had a religious/spiritual aspect to it from day one. All in all I enjoyed the series except for the religious themes it had.

The scenes leading up to "The Opera House" made my eyes pop-up. All Final Five in the CIC. And Bob Dylan has plotted the stars to Earth, all along the watch tower.
