The Terminator series sure has alot of potential, I hope they´ll do everything right. The big robos look hawt ^^

hmm...im not a big fan of the terminator series, but i have to admit im really looking forward to this one. partly because arnold doesn't have nearly as central a role with his now-boring robot talk and partly because christian bale is john connor. and from what i've seen it looks like this'll have a better plot as well, rather than just the linear 'escape from killer robot from the future' storyline from the past 3 movies. it's a war this time, and there's where we'll get some real plot.
and lots of those other machines just look cool. the story where the robots seem to be adapting themselves to human form looks interesting too. i like how it's simultaneously a prequel and sequel.

My dad saw this trailer and was wondering if this is about the time he sent back the T100 Terminators... I wonder too. Arnold cant make a cameo since Cali is in the shit though.

i think it's supposed to have some backstory about the T1000 terminators - how they were made, and possibly when they were sent back. can't remember exactly. i think it's something to do with how they were made to take human form, its in the 3rd trailer i think. all the other robots in the future seem...robotic.
ah, i wouldn't be upset at all if arnold wasn't in the film (though he's providing some voice work). to me this seems like a completely different kind of film, just with the terminator stamp on it.
