She didn't die in '5 years gone'. We just saw her head get cut and then we found out Nathan is really Sylar.

Maybe Sylar was planning to pop out her brain or something, which probably would've killed Claire.

And yeah, about the different powers - I'm guessing that's a way of showing those two women really are different people (unless Niki went through something seriously messed up to get to this point AND get new powers). Don't most of the other personalities, if not all, remember what's up with Niki... and just not care? And they're a bit weird, too? Tracy seems like a normal and stable person. Besides... and I didn't remember this until now... wouldn't she have a past? I doubt she showed up a few days before and got the job! (It's not as if years passed between seasons 2&3.) I think we have enough evidence to see that they're not, or shouldn't be, the same person... although there's presumably some connection. :/

Well it seemed like Jessica was the only one who had super strength and durability but Niki could use it when she had Jessica under control.

Maybe Niki has a plethora of powers due to her dissociative identity disorder but can only control them when she can control herself... o_O

Or maybe the Company messed with her... Too much speculation. XD

I don't like Niki back. LEAVE HER DEAD. Micah & co were far more interesting. I wish we could go back to his story.

I love this season because WHO DOESN'T like bad-ass future Peter? Man, I love him.

I also like how we saw how Sylar really kills. He just examines other people brains and sees what's different with them and just imitates that.

Now that we know Sylar and Peter are somewhat related, it makes semi-sense considering how close their powers are. At the same time, it gives a WTF, STOP INBREEDING dilemma. Seriiously, they gotta stop that non-sence.

Also, the company is stupid. If you have so many villians you EXECUTE them instead of just imprisoning them.

I shout at tv. I know. But the logic behind their actions are just so ridiculous sometimes.

I just like FUTURE PETER!!! Without whom, this season would suck.

Supporting characters usually don't make a second appearance. You got blue lightening and Red ones. A black painter with wisdom and a white painter with the drugs. They have to be different right?

If Tracy =/= Niki, no problem there. The similar appearance could just be a way to bring Tracy into the powarz-knowledge thing. Maybe the actress's contract hadn't expired yet or something, or the writers/actress wanted to keep her/stay on the show; who knows. I'm curious about what happened to Micah too, though... :/

I think Nikki has no power but because of her fragile mental state she suffers from dissociative personality syndrome as a way to fight her issues and each one of her personalities manifests its own power as a way to save them all. Tracy's ice powers are just a protection from fire I guess... it would make sense considering she manifested in a burning building.

This should be good. I haven't exactly been able to keep track of the series lately (started college, been so busy since then) but I'm getting the DVD box sets of the first two seasons (to watch episodes I missed) soon, so I'll probably catch up at term break haha.
