    Default American Gangster

Who else saw this movie. I thought it was pretty good but I was still disappointed, I wanted something of L.A. Confidential caliber but instead... not so much. Its still a damn good film though. Any other thoughts?

I saw it yesterday. One of the better movies I've watched recently. I especially liked the ending scene, but I won't spoil that here.

Saw it yesterday. It was pretty good. It's hard to make a bad movie with either Russel Crowe or Denzel Washington as lead (and in this case, both of them are lead characters).

The VERY VERY last scene, of "him" stepping out was very interesting. Makes you wonder about an epilogue or aftermath.

They had a story in the NY Times about what happened to him after he got out of prison. You should go check it out...

Pretty interesting interview with Frank Lucas and one of his former competitors.

Yeah I heard that because it was filmed by a British directer there were certain parts of the film that were inaccurate.

Overall I enjoyed the movie. Although you must admit the movie was only a hit cuz of my homie Denzel =]

I want to see the movie that comes out on Christmas. The debaters seems interesting.
