I think he has an amnesia, the Haitian is not always responsible for memory loss. To be honest I'm disappointed, nothing is really improved, well so much for the enthusiasm for the season 2 premiere.

i'm surprised that cpr hasn't found this thread or started it. anyway i thought the first episode was so-so. of course it is just the beginning but i still don't get how peter ended up in ireland. or how nathan survived the blast and what the hell is he doing now.

I feel you on the "Boogyman" storyline.
First we need to determine whether or not he worked for Linderman's organisation or not. Obviously since the death of Linderman, somebody else has Branched off and created either a splinter cell, or is playing his own game. We can imagine that since this guy knows how to locate people, and kill them, that he is the "Boogyman". But if this is the case. Why all the bother with molly in the first place in season one.

The Haitian, might be a reason. But don't forget, Peter exploded. The regeneration of his entire self would have been enough to set his memory back I think.

shush you. Of course I saw the premiere! I was just "studying" all yesterday for my very first chemistry test. =P

My fangirl reactions:

1. ZOMG!!! PETER & NATHAN ARE ALIVEEEEEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!! YAY! That scene where Nathan looked at himself through the mirror was so weird! I thought at first that he fused with Peter or something and became another Nikki/Jessica. I don't get it why he's such a miserable wreck though without his family. I really would like to see where his sons are cause they probably have an amazing power too.

2. Matt is alive too? WOWWWWWWWWWWWwz what a lucky guy. Four bullets...

3. Hiro is just cool. His story line is lame, but Hiro is cool enough to compensate for it.

4. Awww... I wished Claire would be hooking up with that other guy from last episode. Not this flying little boy.

I'm surprised though..... How can you have a premiere and not have Sylar in it at all?!?!?!?!?!?!

I could care less about Mohindar's arc. He's boring. He needs a hidden power! ^_~

Those 2 runaways were really cool too. Can't wait to hear more about them.

haven't watched Heroes season 2 yet; a bit hesitant now with all the negative feedback =\ but i know i'll look into it anyway. there's no Sylar in the premiere ? i'm somewhat disappointed...

he doesn't need any power! He's like, the brains of the operation, along with Claire's dad. I also want to find out how Peter appeared in Ireland, (Maybe his pieces flew from there?) and how Nathan survived (how the hell could you survive a nuke without side effects?)

Hiro's dad died I think. I'm just thinking maybe Nathan has a new power besides flying, since Peter exploding might have caused some kind of reaction.

And yeah, Nathan definitely looks far too healthy after suffering from a point blank aerial atomic detonation.
