Die Hard 4.0 PG.13 ?? can it bee true..
Been hearing a rumor that said that the New Die hard is PG 13 rated..meanning no blood, raw violence like die hard 1
anybody know if it is true?
wiki is your friend. says it is edited to reach a larger audience.
Oh that's some bullshit right there.... They should have made two versions one to play during the day and one for after the watershed.
Urgh, and what's the point if movies 1-3 are all 15+. The kids are going to be like, "What is Yippie kai yay?!". Take note that its missing 'motherfucker' on the end.
Die Hard 1-3 must be rolling in their graves.
Well, we can remedy this. Everytime he says "yippie kai yay" everyone in the cinema shouts "MOTHERFUCKER!"
now the only way to see the unedited version (most likely) is to wait for it to come out on dvd. oh well, i was going to do that anyway. but the whole editing thing sucks regardless.

True that...They are runing the whole "die "hard" theme, and the whole Quadrilogy...I really dont wanna have it in my collection if they soften it up for the little kids...damn! but its nice to hear if they leave it uncut in the dvd
He says "yippie kai yay motherfucker" in the movie, you can tell it was edited out for the commercial by the way it justs stops.
He doesn't. He says "Yippie kai ya motherf-", but it's interrupted by a gunshot.

This movie is going to suck ass. A pity.
They completely went over the top with the action scenes from what I have seen so far. I watched a clip of Mclain vs a jetplane. Though cool, with all the shit falling around them, it is not traditional Die Hard action.
I knew the action would be pathetically unreal from the moment i saw three cars crash in a way that it completely miss John and this hacker he is trying to protect, in the first trailer.
They have turned him from an Everyman Hero, to an Superhero. Its pitiful.
If they did that, I doubt I'll like watching the new movie as much as I had hoped I would. I liked the basic idea from the first movie of John McClane being just a cop who tries to do the right thing when he finds himself in the wrong place at the wrong time. He doesn't think of himself as a hero or do things because he wants to be one.
