Allen Shore > Denny Crane as a lawyer. It's just that Crane is funnier to watch.
Still, my favorite things in the series would have to be Bethany the midget and Allen's closing statements.

Well yeah, Allen Shore is way cooler...but I love how Denny just says his name all the time that's why I ended my post with that.

Shore's my favorite character on the show, and my third favorite character on television.
I missed most of the third season, unfortunately, and will be catching up when the DVDs come out.

If I remember correctly, Crane signaled the intro for the first episode of the second season. With this ending, Crane and Shore looked forward to next season.
Is that just a joke kind of thing or does anyone have an explanation?

Crane is able to break the third wall, it is guessed because crane's alzheimer's or how he likes to say mad cow. He does it pretty often, he talks about the sweeps.
