You really like angsty Harry? I hate angsty Harry. Hearing his pathetic yet predictable internal monologue of self-pity for most of book five and a little less in book 6 made me get sick of it real fast.

The fifth book makes it easier to hate him.
The sixth book makes me wants him to die even more.
The only way for this series to redeem itself and make me like it once again is a dramatic harry potter death!
I liked the fifth book, it's one of my favorites. I think the movie is going to blow though.
If harry potter dies in the last book that means Voldermort wins, yay, the bad guys win, so says the prophecy. Wait, you cant take prophecies for absolute truth or something like that, i forgot the explaination, eh.
I do think harry's character regressed in the 6th book, but i still enjoyed it.
I agree that the books have slowly became worse, but J.K Rowling has a lot of expectation to live up to. So, I don't think that Harry will die, imagine the backlash it will cause, it may even cause helplines to be set up like they did. To help people to come to terms with Take That spliting up in England.
And no, the films are proper crap, they try to jam so much into so little time, like in HP4, the quidditch world cup wasn't even shown. They should just increase the time like with LOTR
what happend to the 3rd movies it was so suck ass. They left out so much explanations. I know some guys drool over emma watson, but hermione is suppose to look like a geekish, outsider girl. I don't mind emma being pretty off screen, but after the 2nd movie they make her character seems so out of place. Hell, all those actor suck anyway.
I liked angsty Harry. He felt more real to me than the previous Harry. Sure, he was an emo, but he was more interesting...the element of darkness was nice.

And yea, Hermione is suppose to have icky hair.
And Wood should get more screen time.
And Potter boy should ..
learn how to act.
It gets progressively better (acting wise), but it still feels unnatural. In the last one, all he seems to do is grunt a lot. XD
But isn't the guy who acts as harry, actually a good actor since he was the main hero in a theatre production. I don't know much about theatre but don't you need to be a good at acting??
my book ratings: 4>1>2,3>6>>>>>5
I didn't like angsty Harry and the idea of the prophesy as the "weapon". Book 5 is the only HP book that I didn't read twice. >.>
I don't know why people didn't like book 4. It was my favorite HP book. It's the part where Harry had the most growth and I really like the twist in the end. "Harry your not special, I was helping you from the start! [evil laugh]" <-not exact but close, I like that part ^^
as for the movie...... I didn't watch the other movies in the theatres. I only saw movie 4 and 2 in dvds. so I won't be watching it. :P
ya, the movies drag one or dont give enough info but i enjoy it. I dont complain about it alot like others do. I also love to see Emma Watson *Hawt* lawl
