The Black Donnelly's

Okay, I keep seeing ads for this show cause it happens to be on the same day as Heroes.

Has anyone seen it/think it's worth viewing? I know they only got like a few episodes out so far so it'd be easy to play catch-up if this is a worthwhile series.

I watched 5 minutes and fell asleep.

ze Vol is quite pleased. It's dark, gritty, and it's like watching someone come out of a train wreck unhurt, but you can still see satan holding his soul among the flames.

In a word... badass.

This show has a good plot, good ideas but the fact that its on NBC really limits it. though Original, it rubs off as an kiddy Irish soprano. this series is more talking than action.

It's good?

Surprising.

If it survives the first season, I'll give it a shot. I have little faith in NBC, though.

Yeah, it would be amazing on FX. One episode was already too violent and made a web-only episode (so there's an episode 2.5). Scalpels are fun.

Too violent? NBC airs Heroes. Not airing an episode of BD because of violence is downright hypocritical.

YEA, networks like NBC,ABC, CBS and FOX are more focused on dialogues(drama) rather than action. While FX is more on action, grittyness. also notice how there are no curse words on "black donnelys" but FX's show are uncensored.

Black Donnellys= Boondocks Saints+Sopranos

Seriously a good fucking show. Plot never dissappoints, characters are acted out to the best and you know what else, your always left with your heartbeat rising as you think someones gonna get killed off. It's always fucking hilarious. Big fan of it... if it was on any other network I for one will say it can be much bigger than Prison Break or 24. And trust me, it's hard for me to say anything is better than Prison Break.

Also note: True Panda, your an idiot. I doubt you even know what it is.
