Itadakimasu from Yoshihara Yuki
I started reading Itadakimasu from Yoshihara Yuki... it's hilarious!
It's intended for mature audience (not really hentai though) and tells the story of a divorced young lady who ends up engaged to the younger brother of her ex-husband (who is still her current boss). Didn't have a good laugh like that for a while...
Not too sure about how to categorize it... manga-access.com mentions:
Comedy, Drama, Ecchi, Josei, Mature, Romance, School life, Slice of life, Smut
It's a josei smutty romance -- it ran in a magazine aimed at women in their 20s. It's my favorite of Yoshihara's series that I've read. Her art has been improving since then -- and her chibis are remain hilarious -- but there's often something skeevy in her sexual politics that puts me off.
Oh, wait, there's one other by her I really like: Ningyo Ouji (Mermaid Prince), a gender-bendering romance in which the heroine decides she's equally in love with the mere in both his male and female forms. It's way too short, though.
Today is always the most enjoyable day. Just ask Yotsuba.
I've read the manga before. It really crack my up especially when the main women character use the ape-like looks in those funny moments.
I think there's another new manga (to me) from the same mangaka called Hapi Mari. Check it out.
