    Default Gamble Fish

Well, here's another recommendation. Gamble Fish feels like a shounen ecchi version of Liar Game. Basically, a guy enters a private high school for rich elites, and starts challenging people to gambling bets. Each time they bet, they have to double the amount. He starts with 100 yen, and promises to convert it to 10 billion within a month. One by one, the elites of the school start to challenge him in various ways, from a bloody card game with the school's top magician, to a billiards game against the world junior champion, and more. But what is his motive for doing such dangerous bets? And why is he deliberately antagonising the rich and powerful?

Artwork is good, and storytelling is quite interesting. Most of the challengers turn out to be beautiful women, so there's some element of harem and fanservice involved, but really, it's the psychological warfare component that shines. And there's a really interesting Hiruma-like villain (Eyeshield 21) working behind the scenes. About the only unbelievable thing is the middle school setting... but frankly, that's hardly noticeable after a while. Scans are being done by OMFGG scans, and you can also read it on OneManga or MangaFox.

Someone else mentioed this before. I don't really like shounen, but I guess it can't hurt to check it out.

    liar game is better.

twists in gamble fish aren't as dramatic. (and reattaching his finger was dumb) but I'm still reading it.

Yeah, it's not as complex or intelligent as Liar Game (probably because it's serving a younger demographic), but it's still enjoyable enough to keep you reading.

Personally, I still don't think Natsumi-chan has any chance of winning. She's at a huge disadvantage already, and all she's done is just managed to even the odds of either of them winning a round. Sheer probability would make Natsumi lose... that and the fact it'll put more pressure on the next match. Besides, fanservice galore.

I wonder if magician girl will recover in time for the second match, though... or whether Shirasagi is going to have to play first and leave the final match up to chance. Or mushroom head will take the second round (which seems more likely, though odds of winning are still down the crapper).

c'mon now, what's the chance of Mushroom head winning against his opponent? I mean, stacking dice..!!
-my guess is that he'll lose and Shirasagi will make another gamble in teh last round.

Eh... but if he loses, then the Shirasagi team loses by default. 2 out of 3 matches lost. Mushroom has to win. But you're right in that the chances of him winning are even worse than Na-chan's chances last round.

now what is his chance after that "grasshopper" technique..??
unless Mushroom can top that..his chances of winning are low
-I still say that Shirasagi is going to do another one of those "do-or-die" gamble
