Thread: Michiko to Hatchin

Description: Michiko is a free-willed "sexy diva" who destroys a supposedly inescapable fortress, while Hatchin is a girl fleeing her strict foster parents. The two join forces on an improbable escape to freedom.

Started off really random, but still enough to keep me watching. I'm a bit surprised at how they decided to go with the art direction and animation considering who is producing/working on this. First episode had me pissed cause of what was happening but not because it was stupid or anything but just what was happening. Hoping for it to turn out to be very good, anyone else watching this?

I'm watching it. seen the first 2 episodes. I doubt it'll be one of my favorite shows of the season. If epi 3 and 4 let me down then I'm dropping it.

Impression about this series is still somewhat skeptical, still feel a love/hate towards it. I hate how sometimes Michiko looks hot and then other times look horrible. I'm not sure were this series is going exactly, or what they're trying to do, but if I had to guess maybe they're going for the redemption type of series? I hope not, seems like it could be a refreshing series from the oh so typical anime out there. Although one of the things that I've noticed is that for the most part the two main characters aren't always wearing the same clothes, which I loved because It's really annoying seeing anime were characters are always dressed in the same outfit all the time like it's their only article of clothing. Imo it could still turn out to be a good series, just not so sure if it will. I'll continue to watch it til the end.
