Thread: I recommend Mx0

There is another manga called MxO which is about a magic school. A guy goes to magic school without knowing about it. It is really interesting. It is so funny that it can be tagged as Comedy.

Summary

The story starts off with a flashback, Kuzumi Taiga is asked at his school entrance interview what he would do if he could use magic. "Take over the world" is his reply, followed by an outburst of laughter from a very cute girl. Not much remains in his memory after those events, but he does remember the girl and she is somehow involved in him failing to enter the school of his choice. Wandering around outside of aforementioned school the next day, he gets mistaken for a student ditching class by one of the teachers, and get's pulled into the school through a magic barrier he did not notice. He is in fact a student with no magical ability at all, and it just so happens this is a magic school.

Well, it is out of place. But I've read it all before and as expected from the author of Pretty Face, the ending is kinda disturbing. period.

I have discovered two days ago, and finish it yesterday. It took me two days to fish it up I just loved it. I wish there were more chapters! I want to cry now.

Do you know any other manga like MoX and MSN?

i've read all of it. i was actually pretty impressed with it...until they decided to cancel it. the ending was too inconclusive along with most of the relationships. it's a good read just a disappointing ending. i'm still hoping for another publisher to pick it up and the author agreeing to continue.

Yeah, I was hooked to this story. I believe it was marvellous. I agree that the ending was abrupt. I wish the author will continue...
I wanna keep reading it! Guess I'll look for doujin, far made story. No, I don't mean H. A regular fan made doujin.

I have read it as well and for me that is the one of the best shounen manga. As for the main hero - Kuzumi Taiga - he is now my most fauvorite character of all the manga characters I have seen so far. He is smart, cunning, strong, strong-willed, hot-headed but at the same time collected and is able to think strategically and analytically. That was the first time I saw the main shounen character possessong all of these qualities and that was something I really wanted to see. Honeslty, I think if you cross together Naruto and Shikamaru - you will get Kuzumi Taiga.

Regarding the ending, Mx0 was wraped up by "Shounen Jump" magazine because it was not very popular in Japan (meaning it had low ratings) while on the contrary English and Russians liked it very very much. Here is one of the quotes from a Russian fan: "Man, it's such a shame! What an original and funny manga to be ended like this. I mean, how could it possibly had low ratings? Well, anyway, even though we're not going to see any more chapters, I'd suggest everyone to read it. It is definitely worth it".

It was okay -- better than your average cut of Shounen Jump story, but that means it still kept the action going way too fast without letting anyone reflect on what they'd learned. For once both the hero and main heroine were appealing, and the conceit was interesting.

Is really good, and sadly it was cut off the magazine and had to push the ending quite bit v_v is sad to see stuff like this getting hammered when Naruto keeps running...
