Thread: Melancholy of Haruhi-chan Suzumiya

I don't care for Churuya-Nyoron show at all, hence I won't comment about it. Melancholy of Haruhi-chan Suzumiya, while it's sometimes funny, is just a freaking teaser for the second season that they will stall to release for how long it is possible (mainly because they have probably animated all the episodes but the ending). Hard to call it part of main plot and considering how many interesting arcs there should be in second season, this is just a ..filler.

But we all knew already that - I don't really care for chibi-serial killer girl and somehow Nerd-Nagato is pushed to some incredible extends that I can't appreciate. The only two characters that were done greatly in that show is Kyon and Koizumi duo. Haruhi is rather ok and Mikuru is not really important for the whole show. Tsuruya appears not often enough

Of course it's not part of the main story since it's based on a doujinshi by Puyo. I kinda remember knite post some pages of the doujinshi at the doujin thread.

Though, some stories weren't made into anime. Probably because they're "way too far" from the original story. Well, I do wanna hear how Nagato says onii-chan like a certain scene on that doujin.

Just noticed that the OP of eps 25 & the game that Nagato made have relationship with the main story.




Nagato's outfit on the first picture is same with the one at the Charmed at First Sight Lover chapter (see below).

lol kool, you have 1 sharp memory, especially the coat nagato wore in volume 8?

but she's wearing glasses, it could've easily been a scene in volume 4... although it would be kool if they did animate that chapter.

lol my bad, it just shows how sharp your memory is... that or maybe you've reed the novels more recently then I have, I can't remember the last time I've reed the novels? over a year ago maybe lol.

Actually, I checked both vol 5 & 6 as soon as I noticed that coat.

Haruhi-chan is now over but for a series filler. It's too good to be a filler. I do wish they make fillers as good as this in the otehr series
