^That's because I was there when it happend.
But you know, although I'm sure the rule still exists, it's funny that the mods did not sticky it in CC section. Jyuu only put the size limit ..as in 650X200.

they should actually merge the sig size thread and the sig file size thread but it got spammed so if the newbies opened it. I bet they'll probably missed the file size limit.
