I'm just not sure directly confronting her would be the best course of action.

The way I figure, either she doesn't know much, Fate has a way of silencing her or she can be extracted instantly. I mean what kind of idiot would send an agent behind enemy lines knowing everything, and not plan in case she gets caught?

It might be worth it to keep quiet and just feed her false information, and see if she goes and report to Fate. Could be useful to set a trap.
