1) Most other artifacts are no less crazy than a weapon from the future.
2) Is it because Chachamaru is built using future technology?

Paru must have been really happy, being able to shout all those commands. I wonder if I should make a list of things i'd like to shout out one day too.

WhiteWings used an old version of Cnet's translation. In the most recent version Chachamaru says she doesn't know how Chao did it but the satellite came to her from the future.

And considering Chao herself was a time traveller... why not.

I'm just wondering if the artifact has other uses. Like advanced sensors or communication.
Unless the beam can be used to power up Negi's Magia Ereiba...
Otherwise I guess we're not too likely to ever see it in use again.

As far as I can tell her pactio outfit seems to include some of Chao's antigrav modules, which she'll find a welcome upgrade from her usual boot jets.

Also, does she still require someone to recharge her now that she has a pactio?
