Then again, Chaos existence could mean nothing. I mean Negi can have children and still lose to fate or any of his allies. Besides we don't know how long the struggle against Fate is gonna last, if there is gonna be another open war or anything.

It was in Racan's movie. Fate (big) pretended to be some kind of senator, the real senator was killed.
But Nagi saw through his disguise fairly quickly. Probably that is the reason why Fate spent so much time on training FakeAsuna.

Oh yeah, I forgot about that part. But I doubt Fate is in disguise again. This evil governor already has so much character.

Yeah, I agree completely with you there.. besides, what's the point of introducing a new character that's in fact a secretly disguised old character..
