Maybe it's time for Negi to pass his staff to somebody else? Like Yue or Konoka?

isn't the staff is his memento from his dad. why would he give it away? and that staff is somewhat a traid for negi. and also i don't think that using high level technic only to fly is a good thing..

beside the fact that Rakan fought Negi as his student instead of as an enemy (no real killing intent), Negi also accomplished what he did in this battle through a series of tricks and traps that surely won't work on Rakan more than once should they fight a gain..

as for trying to stop Negi's incantations, I don't think Rakan slacked on that matter (if he did, Negi would've gotten wind of it and slammed him with thousand bolts after thousand bolts), also it seems once Negi goes into lightning mode he can do all the incantations he wants without any interruptions..

Eva said that she dwelled long on that mechanism before abandoning it, and when Eva says long it means a whole lot longer than what other (non immortal) people mean, so I don't think that Eva spent the last 15 years developing ME further (I don't think she needs to anyway :))

scroll eva said that. and if both eva is not connected then there's a posibility that real eva has found a different yet better way to do it. but we will never gonna know till the team is back at mahora.
but still whether she can or can't iwant to know what her reaction of negi's current development..

well even if the real Eva did find a way to use 'taiindou' after a loooong time of experimentation, Negi still managed to use it in less than a month.. so he still wins out ;)

as for real Eva's reaction to Negi learning ME, I think she'll want to kill Rakn for a different reason.. I think it'll be similar to Asuna's reaction when she found out http://www.onemanga.com/Mahou_Sensei_Negima%21/220/04/

I think Eva is too fund of Negi to teach him ME.. if she was in Chisame's place, I think she would've sooner stabbed that scroll..

welp... guess it's time for Negi to have an elemental absorption like a sponge? rofl...

If Negi can apply 2 layers of thousand bolts, can he apply a third? Can he mix elements? Damn the potential of ME goes on forever...
