Okay... so Negi kicked ass... I was hoping that Rakan would do SOMETHING. It was awesome none the less, but it could have just been a bit... more awesome...

Hmm, I hope Fate makes good use of Asuna then, cause there seems to be no way for him to beat Negi without abusing the hax of magic-canceller.

but somehow I'm more interested in how did Ako find out about Nagi's identity and she's still smiling and blushing like it's business as usual?? it seems all the sports group now knows that Negi=Nagi.. I hope the flashback shows this as well..

Okay, in a realistic sense Negi probably wouldn't have stood a chance in a straight-up fight. Rakans brute strenght is pretty insane so I guess overwhelming him with speed and one powerfull spell after another was a pretty good strategy. And it was pretty clever that he cancelled out his weapons to force him into this position. Is it just me or did Negi actually go into this fight with a real plan?

Wait a minute the end of the chapter confused me a little. The fight isn't over yet is it?

Edit: I just went back and read it again. The end was a Flashback and the countdown isn't done yet.

Hmm not much happened this chapter. Just Negi showing off his skills. Hopefully Rakan won't turn it around too much when the flash backs over.

btw I was eagerly waiting to see on how Negi use that extra hours of mind-training that he did. Was it all just for the Thousand bolt spell? I'm pretty sure Negi was able to master it already before he did his training so it could be for something else. A hidden trump card?
