i put $50 on it. LOL! They were bound to get into it sooner or later. That's very interesting though because if it's true that would make Negi royalty as well as Asuna.

One thing i see is that according to wiki Asuna's real name is Asuna Vesperina meaning this princess and Asuna could be related since this new princess is a princess of Vespertatia. Possibly sisters? If it turns out she is Negi's mother, would that make Negi and Asuna related?

Man, that kid sure looks a lot like Fate. My guess is that he's likely Fate. Though i can't help but wonder why he turned on the rest of the group.

I would also agree that the princess is probably Negi's mother. So then if Asuna and Negis are cousins then I guess we'll know why Asuna and Nekane look so much alike. So going out on a limb would Negi's uncle (Nekane's father) also be a member of the Vesperina family?
This should be pretty interesting to watch play out. Maybe we'll even see some interest from Negi about his mother.

And I'm just gonna go a little against the tide and say that's not Fate cause it's just too obvious. Although there's a probable connection, I won't rule that out.

Rakan is an idiot who seems to care only about himself. Oddly in an early chapter, Rakan turn out to have a conscience. While the story is told from Rakan's point of view, Rakan is doing his best to be neutral. Rakan was hired by one of the enemy forces to kill Nagi and team. Rakan becoming one of Nagi's teammates is sort of ironic. Yet, Jack seem to notice when to make advantage of a good opportunity without asking for a fee.

There is a chance that Princess Arika can be Negi's mother. Arika is likely to be the same age as Negi. Asuna is likely Negi's Aunt.

About the identity of the Mystery Member, he is turning out to be a young male. He may be a young Fate or his identical twin brother. If the MM is not Fate, we may seen him introduce in the next story arc.
