one the most awesomest chapters in recent negima history. negi is looking very gar there. and fate makes things really interesting. it's easy to see why he's interesting in asuna's powers though. he might try to take her by force.

This chapter was awesome. The tea talk was icing on the cake. Negis over reaction to Fate's goading was probably a mixture of the influence of eva's dark magic and Negi's protectiveness over asuna. He was just thinking about her during the last chapter......

I think Fate is just Negi's natural enemy....they were both trying to out do each other during the tea time........

You are the king akamatsu sensei. Cant wait for the next few chapters.

about the negi's personality change, yah, it's possible that eva's dark magic is making his more negative, which is what rakan warned about.

Fate seems to be in control of himself during his talk with Negi. I did not like Negi being provoke into attacking Fate. Fate is the main antagonist. At least, he is not working alone.

Rakan was not present in the chapter. I am starting to think that he was able to establish contact with Takamichi through another person. Likely the Mystery Member.

Great chapter! I have to agree with Negi on the tea debate. I am glad it went this way instead of a cheap Fate vanishes and Negi thinks he was seeing things in the crowd. This was far better.

I think it's possible that Fate wants Asuna to drop the island like the others? Just maybe. Speaking of that ... whoa! No wonder they blocked her memories! If Asuna remembers killing all of those people when she caused the islands to crash it will destroy her mind. If anyone knew she did it and what she looked like, ect,. then Asuna is very much hated in the magic world. Another reason Negi's dad got her out of there to grow up in peace. Just a thought.

Nice chapter and like many of you i think that Negis behavior has been somehow influenced by the dark magic making him more aggressive , but somehow i doubt about them fighting in that place....my guess is Fates partners will arrive and negi will have to retreat cause even if Negi can match Fates strength i dont thing it applys to Setsuna and Asuna .......maybe im wrong XD

Although I agree with Negi (yeah I'm British, milk tea FTW), I thought their argument was kind of childish. Methinks Kenny believes too much in a stereotype of the British. We don't argue over tea, we hit each other with chairs and stab each other with broken bottles.

i think that was the point of the argument, to show that negi can still be incredibly childish . that and how he was easily provoked by negi but i thought negi has always been liked that, childish but also unwilling to make one sacrifice.

I call bs, if I go into a tea shop and ask for coffee in the UK, I am out on my butt.
