There is still some confusion as to weather this means the whole sig has to be under 1MB or that each image should be under 1MB.
I'm hoping for the latter.
Dimensions are still 650x200 pixels, including all images and text.

And yes I know my sig is currently over 1MB and it pains me that I have to get rid of it.
