there is no concrete explanation about chachamaru's body. There are only theories. It was never stated anywhere that chachamaru did bring her child body with her.

theory 1 is that she can shape-shift from child to adult body.
theory 2 is that the pill, being magical, magically change her robotic body, making it smaller. How is this possible? magic.

theory 3 : maybe she just stuffed her loli body inside her bod...

but then again, I r one of the supporters of the age deceive pill...

It says when the age deceiving pill is first introduced early in the school festival arc that the pill is an illusion and the body is not actually transformed. Mind you these pills were made by Eva so they could be different; however, Eva's 'age misrepresentation magic' when used on herself is only an illusion as well, so again, it's just an illusion.

The manga does however slightly contradict it's self on this when Kotaro stares that he was planning to enter the tournament using the pills because their adult forms have "longer reach" which would mean that they are actually physically transforming. Of course Kotaro has only received a brief explanation of the pills effects. The manga does show aged bodies making physical contact at arms extension of the older bodies so it's possible that this is an oversight like Eva's foot being backwards in chap 205.

Since the pills are effective on a robot as well as humans and demi-humans it appears that the pills are a constructed form of magic (like a potion) that cause an illusionary form of the consumer with a different age. It also appears that the pill's magic is triggered by being placed in the mouth since there hasn't been a time delay shown when taken (effects are immediate). Therefore, digestion isn't required and this could presumably work on a robot who can't digest food.

Negi is a complete opposite of Nagi, so no wonder Negi will be a "Dark-Light" Mix type Fighter Mage... (A mixture of everything -Magic, Physics, Dark, Light, Lighting-). Maybe in the end, Negi will end up with Eva (Hopefully...), yeah when Nagi is found just let him release the curse on Eva and Negi-Eva can just become a happy young couple...

truthfully wise, Nagi-Alberio was only able to find out after having a battle with Negi...

what-if wise... it's a possibility...
