My bets for the future as of chap 200.
1. Asuna completely regains her memory when she arrives at Ostia.
Reasoning: -Ostia is a capital city that was destroyed in the last war.
-Asuna was rescued from a city on the verge of being over run. Said city had a long history and a royal family in residence.
2. Rakan will teach give Negi a crash course in the Sword part of Magic Swordsman.
Reasoning: -Magic Swordsman implies a sword
-Negi has used weapons in the past. Staff, staff as spear and magic gun.
-Rakan states that he is powerful unarmed. This might imply that unarmed combat might be a early part of the Magic Swordsman training. Thus a sword would be a natural progression for Negi.
3. Nagi is revealed to be a raging homosexual.
Reasoning: -Two of his male comrades have artifacts. One of whom we know to have been Nagi's partner.
- all of his comrades were male with the exception of Asuna (young, possibly homeless, girl)
4. 3. is a joke.
Reasoning: -I'm laughing
- Chamo said opening veins and exchanging blood was another possibility for a pactio.
-The "Blood Oath" method sounds much more manly
- Nagi doesn't seem the type to get hung up on rules and conventions like mixed gender partnerships
Random long shot in the dark: Asuna's personality's merge and she tutors Negi in Kanka
Reasoning: -for a style mixing mage like Negi where else is there to turn for more power after mastering swords, kenpo, and conventional magic combat other than Kanka, the so called the Ultimate Technique
-I don't seriously expect this but it wouldn't surprise me if it happened
God, I have missed this manga. I hope Negi really steps up.
I wonder if Negi gets the Ultimate Pactio? Think about it, he knows how to use a short sword, has an antique gun, has extra wands, he has lost his father's hand which we know he has to reclaim later on (I hope... else Nagi's gonna beat him up when they finally meet for losing the staff) and has fetish for antique items which he knows how to make them work.

Well as someone said before, I want to see what is going to happen with asuna because Fate an Co. know about the "princess" title so this is going to be very interesting to watch.
