They didn't regenerate his arm, they just reattached it. But anyway, I wonder how long Negi is going to pretend being his own cousin in front of Ako. As we've seen in alot of these situations, they almost never end well.

another thing I still doubt the blond dude relizes its negi not nagi we all know nagi's sort of an idiot so the blond guy wouldn't be suprised if he forgot him

On a completly difrent note:
I don't read alot of mangas only MSN and Naruto but doesnt a chapter come out in Japnan then a translator takes transalates and puts it online so how come MSN takes so long to come out like Naruto comes out weekly (with 2 or 3 exceptions) but MSN goes like 3 or sometimes a month with out coming out with the chapter anyone can clue me in onty why that is?

If Ako has already been exposed to magic, why doesn't he just tell her that he's himself?

just wanna say about 3 things:
1. to what92, actually if i'm not mistaken, negi's (aka nagi) right hand was torn just before he tries his final attack, which was stopped by that large guy (his father's comrade).

2. about MSN takes a lot more time to scanlated, IMO, by comparin MSN to naruto, you should see that there's a lot more stuff in a page of MSN than 3 pages of naruto in terms of things to translated and to actually clean up (actually MSN uses more types of shades in its pages than naruto)

3. in a way, ako is as much exposed to magic as the rest of the athletic group that stowed along on the journey to the magic world, that is to say they now adapted to this new surrounding as just a normal citizen should act minus the ability to perform magic (and she's for now just a slave). so in a nutshell, she'll be very scared to know Nagi = Negi, which could be lessen if she would able to understand and apply the finer points of magic.


p.s: i also enjoyed naruto as much as MSN, so shoot me if i'm wrong

Negi's arm was sliced off before the blonde guy intervened. It's pretty obvious, since there's 2 panels of the arms flying off and landing on the ground before the blonde guy is even featured in the chapter.
Also, Negima is a much more complicated manga to scanlate. For one, the use of toning is much more pronounced, which makes the scan harder to clean up. The dialogue between characters in Naruto is at best simple. The dialogue in Negima is much more substantial and complicated, since it's a romantic comedy as well as a shounen action.

Anyways, this has been, in my opinion, the best chapter of Negima in a month or two. But, it poses an interesting conundrum. If it's so easy to get healed and patched up after a fight (I mean, they reconnected his arm without so much as a scar), then there's no problem in getting injured, which means they can get hurt and just brush it off, which would make the manga a little less...I don't know, believable. I didn't word that very well, but tell me your opinions on this.
