I think I watched it online on veoh.com, since I didn't find any links or torrents. Unfortunately I haven't found the newest episodes anywhere (was it called "Negima!?" ?).

i think evil empire in thier ddl section has the old negima anime - but you have to have an account to ddl it!

i dont know why'd you want to watch the both animes in my opinion disgrace the manga well the 1st one was good until they went to Kyoto and there they screwed the whole thing up
