Thread: Chapter 196 + Discussion

Chapter 196 is out from AQS. A pretty bold move by negi... is he being careless now like his father? or something else...

So instead of avoiding difficult fights, Negi is inviting them......and whats more he plans to revive the legendary name of Nagi Springfield. Completely mind blowing. That was not within my prediction parameters. Yet I am not disapointed at all. I've never being more excited about Negima. Likely the upcoming chapters will satisfy you naysayers out there who expect little, nothing (or even disapointment) at this 2nd tourney arc of the series.

Bravo, Negi on applying a logic to such an 'idiotic' plan. He is becoming more like his father.

Negi displayed a surprising amount of bad-assery and sneakyness during this chapter. Bravo. Using his fathers name as a signal to the others was nothing short of brilliant and ballsy. Are we gonna be saying good-bye to whiny Negi and hello to Magnificent Bastard Negi? Time will tell.

This one chapter adds weight to the Negi=Nagi theory. Even through i don't like it personally.

I think i've heard Kotarou's alias somewhere before... anyone knows where it comes from?

Negi finds three of his students in need. Kotario and he have to participate in a tournament in order to get the money. I don't like the ideal of another tournament. Oddly, it may give Ken a reason to bring in another one of Nagi's friends. One of the Crimson Wing members is a giant who seems to have blonde hair. I had given this giant friend of Nagi's the nickname,the Blonde Hair Giant.

Nagi's friend the Blonde Hair Giant lives in the Magic World. He is the only one may be able to help Negi. He is likely enter the same tournament which Kotario and Negi have enter.

yeh.. he might be in the tournament this may have been his life (fighting in tournaments etc.) since the crimson wings disbanded...

should we guess that this is the B. M. G. or someone else? Either way, he really does seem suspicious if you ask me... or maybe I'm paranoid... D:

the fact that the guy got his own speech bubble in a panel, means he's gonna be important later.

Maybe that's NAGI!!! LOL
