Or maybe its one of fate's goons speechless because he/she was surprised at Negi's bravado actions. They might even participate in the tourney to assassinate Negi (unless their mission is more important).

The guy in the hood does have an interest in Negi. The guy can anyone who knew Nagi. The only persons who the guy can be are the B.M.G., Negi's second grandfather, one of the member of the White Wing, or even Negi's mother.

Ken did provide us with a vital clue. We must remember that both men and women wear hoods in the Magic World. Definately, the unknown person in going to show up later.

I wonder if he will join the tournament and fight Negi? I think he's the type who likes to fight strong people

Actually I looked back and it was B. H. G. blond haired giant but if blond mighty giant is more your thing or since everyone is calling him BMG then go ahead and keep calling him BMG
