Its a fact that Zazie is the least known about. Like come on what do we know about her? She maybe has had 5 lines in the whole sereis tops (even in the anime (which was disgraceful to manga in my opinion) she didnt talk alot. I don't know why akamatsu just wont revael anything on her. Well what do you guys think?
hm not much about her, enjoys acrobatics, summons blob like monsters, can transform part of her hand into something like a claw, so most likely ain't human.
I suppose shes also kind since she stayed with sayo who was lonely, and also help incho watch negi's match.
(if u remember during the Tokyo trip the students were split into groups)
last group was zazie, setsuna,chachamaru, and evangeline. What do they have in common? all of them aren't full human.
You'll notice something with the other groups as well, ie in common.
thats all i get from zazie.
As for her lack of lines and background, no big deal some characters being kept secret till the end is just another plot device, thats meant to be discovered later.Same can be said for other chars in other storylines.
I wanna know how she can summon those monsters without her classmates suspecting her of magic.
Because she summons only minor ones in the presence of non-magical people? except for that time in a haunted house, where having monsters is natural.
Because she doesn't make any special effects that are associated with "magic" ?
Because she's known as a circus performer, so it's normal for her to get chibi dragons out of her hat?
Because her classmates are horribly illiterate, and can't tell a robot or a chibi dragon from normal things?
actually she's associated with magic in the most obvious way possible. Remember, she is part of the school's magic club. If anything sh'e be the last person suspected of being a witch or mage or whatever.

Well anyway I think she's just a recurring character used for jokes or fill ins. Maybe in the end she'll have a more important role.

How about this? She is just a circus performer. Other people would have suspected it like Takahata or Evangeline and probably would have discussed it. Negi might have noticed since he senses magic. Also just the way she is as a character makes her seem... unimportant.
its an SEP somebody elses problem-the reason people will ignore something thats so obviously abnormal is because the refues to accept it and think its somebody else problem -from life the univers and everything. Or if you prefer the doctor who explination-you in the middle of down town and you see a mystirous blue box in the middle of the street what do you do, walk right past it. people tend to ignore things that they can't understand or refuse to accept
