He just told his boss about a girl that could cancel magic, his boss sent that Demon to kill Negi (When Kotaro gets to skoll) and after is comfirmed that she indeed haves the ability to cancel magic, then they notice that she is likely to be the lost princess.
Nagi took her cause the Ability to cancel magic is not flawless, it causes extreme pain to the user... Ok maybe haves the ability to block the petrification spells, but If a strong magic attack hits you, is going to hurt and a lot...
Remenber when the guys in the castle were using her like a shield... after she absorbed that Huge attack from the Magic whale, she started to bleed...
Also she was likely used more like a tool than a Princess so that probably pissed off Nagi...
you wrong , the demon has nothing to do with fate , he didnt know that asuna was inmune against magic , and was only for the botle
