Don't see it as much of a surprise in this day and age, if they read this type of manga, simply put "anything goes", and nothing is that surprising anymore.

As for the nudity bit, it's just the outlines of a female figure, nothing to be bothered about, as long as the bodies are not detailed to a fault it's fine imo,

I mean seriously if you were THAT interested in the female figure, theirs better places to look.
