Thread: nodoka's powers

i think most fans want nodoka to end up with negi in the end so my proplem is she really doesnt have any fighting powers her powers are good for interagation but come on thats about it

eh i thought she flings books at ppl as a form of offense, remember what she did to paru when Dark Nodoka was made.

As a partner to a mage she should have enhanced athletic abilities, and defenses, that would make her stronger then many regular ppl. Of course i doubt nodoka would actually attack anyone with a punch.

she also learned magic application under negi, not to the extent as yue, but still.

You don't have to love someone just because they are not strong. Besides she has a book to read his minds so she has a great advantage. Though we are not sure who has the best chance out of a lot of them.

I just hope that we get a peek at what they're like in the future, like we did with love hina in the final chapter. That way, it won't feel weird that one of em ends up with a ten-year old.

To keep this post relevent, i think that Nodoka's pactio powers will continue to develop in ways we don't expect, and she might couple them with her growing magical powers. Therefore, she could be a force to reckon with on the battlefield.

Yeah I'm thinking she'd be some kick ass powerful black mage later.
Sorta like Eva, the heavy arsenal in the back.

So.. assuming Negi and Nodoka team up, Negi could go close range
with his magic/fighting and Nodoka might blast them with some powerful
charged up magic?

Nahh... I think she''ll be helping tactically and mentally. She definitely doesn't seem like the offense type. She could use her book to read minds (as shown in some chapters she could read multiple minds at once) then she could learn telepathy and tell others about the opponents plans, positions, abilities etc.

The range of her abilities hasn't really been discovered completely yet. (Or maybe I missed something) She reads minds but thats where I'm confused.

Does she pick a mind and read it? Or is it like she can read someone's mind thats in a certain range?

She can pick any mind and read it. But within probably a mile range (when yuuna and the others were hunting her down they escaped and used the artifact). She can read multiple minds at once too.
