    what does it mean? Evangeline calls Negi bōya all the time but they never give any explanation as to what it means. Anyone who knows?

    not quite. Bozu is a suffix you add to a name and its general meaning is "squirt" or "kid". -bozu is typical used with a family-like structure, siblings for instance. a older brother would call his younger brother's name with -bozu. With this in mind it makes it funny coming from Eva.
