Default Hey, can reguler members upload chapters?

I was just wondering. Because if you can, I would love for someone to upload Negima 169. [ http://homepage.mac.com/sp831/lovehina/index2.html ] I would upload it, but I have Linux, It can't unpack rars. (I fixed the link for people who didn't figure it out *cough*kelvin*cough*)

it's usually kevin, the site owner, who updates the manga. though it doesn't hurt to links, other sections do it all the time.

Links are our friends! Post away all the links you want. However normal members are unable to upload. Kane(Kevin's other name) said himself that it was easiest if he does it all by himself.

Sorry about that. I will certainly not spoil it for anyone. I didn't know Linux had issues with rars?

copy and paste. you can't actually put links only after a certain amount of post due to an incident with a guy just posting up links to viruses.
