Thread: Hey, can reguler members upload chapters?

Well thanks. I wish I could install it. But alas i'm a lowly teenager who doesn't have the privs to install things like that.

I wanna know where the other 3 chapters are 170-172. It is said that they are out in whatever form, but I haven't been able to see them. I don't think they are out.
