for anyone who has been watching the new Negima!?
is Setsuna a Hanyo (half-demon) in this series because the only time that i've seen her have wings was when she using the powers of the pactio...
so what are ur opinions about this?

Difficult to say. It seemed to be the same in the original anime too, where she only got her wings after she formed the pactio with Negi at the end.
Imagine if you will a garden with a beautiful blossom tree and a koi pond...
...Next imagine me drowning you in that very koi pond...
That is the power of feng shui...
Law states that whichever came first, aka the Manga series, everything in there is what is true, so basically, yes, setsuna is half demon.
Do not think about that of what you may face, only think about that of which is after it...do not allow reality to control yourself, free your mind, control, and bend reality as you see fit....
except evangeline hasnt hinted at the albino thing about setsuna.
That's debatable. Considering she was very well aware of them, and apperantly ashamed as well, prior to Negi's pactio.
SHe one of the Bird Tribe members,so shes always had the wings. So shes had them way before Pactio.i guess shes a demon of you think about it.but i really thing that its just like a special race of humans in hiding....
^ Nope. Although one can argue that "whichever comes first is canon", the Negima! and Negima!? animes have established themselves as Alternate Universes parallel to the original manga series. That means they do not necessarily follow the manga to the dot, although they may pick up elements here and there. The anime may hint at the possibilty, although this is eliminated due to the different foci of the series. The new anime focuses on different matters altogether from the manga.
To sum up what Jeo just said, minus the condescending air to it: In the Manga, manga is canon. In the show's, each has it's own Canon.
My only problem with that: It's like saying any random anime is canon despite it's differences from the manga.
