is the manga is ongoing or is it finished?

There are still lots of things left before the manga is finished. For example. Negi still hasn't passed the dragon that he needs to get passed to find out what his fathers clue was.

Also the white haired boy from kyoto.

Plus there are students we havent learned about yet.

Now that would be a twist Negi Becomes a poligmyst and mary's all of class 3-And they becomes his wives. Think "big love" from HBO without characters such as Roman Grant. I'm serious that would be such an interesting twist. He does have multiples Mage partners. And he has admitted that most "pairs" end up getting married anyway. wonder if that's true for him. anyway I'm ranting. And yes they're still much of the plot to resolve. Hope it comes out soon!

negi cant marry all of them... the partners he has now are supposed to be temporary... he has to end up choosing one of them to be THE partner...

Well, we were just joking around i guess... You're right, it's a temporary contract. Besides, I doubt the series will continue to the point where Negi will get married anyway.

Nah.... i think Negi can have more then one offical partner... as Chamo said in Chapter 19, generally there only 1 offical partner, but that depends on the capacity of the mage. With the amount of power Negi has, he probably can have more then 1 mage.

Anyway, Negi CAN marry them all (if in the right country). Doesn't mean the ppl he marries need to form a contract wif him.

yeah, it just states most partners marry, but you don't need to. i think the series will end where you know who he ends up with, but never shows it. like one of those manga's where you can just put in your own ending
