The art's pretty great for the manga. It's high quality before any anime releases, and that's not very easy to find these days (Negima, Bleach, Hikaru no Go, are examples of 'great quality' artwork, I guess).
The story's really nice. It's not just romance or harem: there's an actual story and plotline that everyone's going through. AND they're all really good.
The fanservice is characteristic of Akamatus, and god knows I love it.
Overall... 97 / 100 (because I love Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu more... not by much, apparently.)

it's excellent. the best harem manga i've read, for the sheer fact that the main lead isn't a dumbass/jerk. also because it's an akamatsu manga, it's funny, it's fairly well-drawn and there's fanservice. and the action sequences are pretty good too... kotarou vs negi-tachi during kyoto, for instance, was really cool.

Rated it as Better than average manga. It's a good read. The festival arc was pertty drawn out, they could have thinned it a bit and put other character's development in later. They should do more like the Kyoto arc, which was excellent. Harem/Shounen manga with fanservice on the side. Not perfect, but it does what it does well.

To tell you the truth I think this manga is awesome the drawings are pretty well done and they even got better over time and it has a good plot and very cool characters.
I mean this manga has almost everything you need there is comedy, school, magic, harem, fanservice, battles (good ones), etc. you name it besides everything seems to fit in, there is no real plot holes, the battle system and power level are not all messed up; and even if it looks mostly lighthearted it does has those serious awesome moments that get your attention and you gotta love the Latin spells.
Ehhh... well this is just my honest opinion on the manga So I really like it.
