so in the latest raw chapter 158 we see that chao as negi's decendent can also use magic this means she has even more fire power in her arsenal than we though but the question is will negi match its power by bring out his other 2 spells we haven't seen yet and what will chao do

my guess is that she probably puts too much enphasis on power from where i stand im thinking that since she relies on technology more than magic and didn't even think of using some very simple magic that negi though up that she is going to use mostly the big flashy kind of spells what do you think

Yeah I agree to that , though in the latest raw i dont think i saw a part where she's gonna use magic rather it seemed like shes gonna make the BIG wish soon in the end of the chapter. (or I could be wrong)

i read aquastars translation summary-it does make sense since she is negi's decendent that she has magical abilities and since he has basicly beaten all her techno based weapons she switched to magic-this is as eva is fond of pointing out just like a boss battle-everyone here will agree that in many boss battles you will be fighting and then once you have betten the boss it pulls out something new either new attacks that are twice as strong and flashy or they mutate into something else-also the spell she was incanting was something related to fire so im guessing thats her power though that would give negi an edge since fire must travel through the air and also consumes oxygen he can manipulate the air around her spells so it may be that negi has some difficulty then uses his expertice to plower her out and take out the giant life form in one shot-he does have the kill a demon spell that he has yet to use as well as one other that we don't know what it does it should be interesting to see what he does form here

Well? I think as it's magical fire, it only consumes Chao's magic power, not needing any oxygen at all. Still I think Negi is a by far superior mage, he's been one all his life. And Chao can't quite match his close combat skills. Unless she pulls somerthing else (like getting Chachamaru there to fight Negi) she probably won't be able to cast her spell.

Hmmmm........ seem's like her magic gens aren't strong enogh to actully let her use any magic........ i wonder that magic circuit she implanted in her self have a fail save or something.

try using edit next time redadonis. and the battle in the last chapter was pretty good. i wonder what will happen to chao afterwards.

i wonder why her magic is so much weaker could be because she worries about science more than magic but i don't think so probably something else

do think she was a real mage or just someone else,i mean being the no.1 genius in mahora plus good at every aspect,arent her way too perfect?
