It's already out. No subs as of the moment though. Based on the screenshots I've seen around, This has the same, if not more fanservice than the Spring OAV. Anyone watch the raw yet?

I've seen it. It's centered around hot springs, not a beach. In other words, the girls really are nekkid. So yes, more ecchi.

i am pretty new to this, so i dont mind people calling me a noob but wat is a OAV, does it mean a season in an anime or wat.

there should only be 1 torrent. it downloads at a resonable speed but its also 440mb. nice quality though.

An OVA is basically something animated that goes directly to DVD (but not in this case for Negima...There was a special viewing for special people only). This means it's not shown in theaters or TV.
