I have just read chapter 149, and as the topic states I want to know where she went. She didn't go to the future with them (from which she also seemed to be absent) so she theoretically has no idea what is transpiring on campus.

And furthermore, shouldn't her powers resurface considering Chachamaru just disabled the grid nullifying her powers?

(I say theoretically because she COULD be working with them, possibly as the mage counterpart that Chao needs to make this spell of hers work...)

And furthermore where is Kotaru, who also seems to be oblivious to the fact that there is something big and mean to fight against and he's missing out on the fun? I would have thought he would be in the thick of things kicking giant robot a**...

She's actually at her house. (I need to check a few chapters (mainly 150) to verify.) She doesn't really care what happens as long as Negi is defeated.

During the attack of the army robots, Evangeline is not at her house, but actually in the sky, drinking sake while watching the whole battle in amusement.

She doesn't want Negi to be defeated so much that she wants his defeat to bring the Thousand Master out of hiding [granted that he's still alive].

we all know that hes still alive. its been forshadowed soooo many times.

Foreshadowing can be misleading.

Chao must have captured (or shot with these chrono-bullets) him beforehand, knowing he wouldn't be able not to fight with the robot army. And he's too mobile for Chao to expect Mana to shoot him during battle.

Mana is far better than kotaru at the moment. If she can take down a whole load of mahou senseis, than a single upstart inugami isn't going take much effort

He's probably already in the thick of things, we just haven't seen him yet.

Koutarou didn't go into the future with all them... so chances are that he's just out and away with Naba Chizuru being her bitch.

As for Eva, she's probably still in her little inner world thing and probably won't come out until the time warp spell is disabled... god knows she wouldn't want attention from anyone but Nagi (and maybe Negi).
