Thread: Yuecchi rules!

I'm sure all the fans of Negima has their favorite (femenine) character, and in my case I must say one of the most interesting is Yue, with her direct answers and clear mind, specially now, having obtained that excellent "magic database". All have must noticed how Kamo is relying more and more on her for intelligence and planning.
In the beggining, besides her "poker face", a taste for strange juices and being a member of the infamous "baka rangers", Yue doesn't seem a character worth of interest, but after her introduction to magic, she begins to develop really fast and show other aspects of her personality, for example, when she realizes that she likes Negi and all the suferring she went through thinking that she was "betraying" Honya (a friend keeps saying that Yuecchi must begin to appreciate herself and stop thinking so much). An applause for Honya (slap plus speach) who awakes Yuecchi to the reality of something so simple as liking another person.
I'm eager to hear about your own opinions about Yuecchi. See ya!

she's my favourite character too ! i could relate to her the most: smart but incredibly lazy (thus end up with bad marks); like philosophy; and.. hm, that's about it. hah. but yah, her new pactio makes her even cooler;

she really shone in the chapter against the chibi-mage's illusion - keeping a clear head after getting hit hard and bleeding.

I liked those scenes in the Anime which had Yue in them... Though it is not canon... And although I despise the Anime. Yeah, I'm like her, so I like her. XD

Yes! A thread for Yue! *Tears of Joy!* Yue is my favorite character in the whole face of the earth! She rocks! LoL! It's hard to find a anime/manga character with characteristics found in Yue!

she totally kicked ass (where she told off nodoka after asuma died) and even if i love nodoka, she was still completly awesome

in the manga, i thought she was interesting right of the bat cause she looked like the girl from ROD

Well as many people here Yue is one of my favorites (along with Nodoka) because of her personality, she is an interesting and sort of complex character as well as a rare one, in fact she is bit like me (or am I a bit like her ???) in the way she analyze her feelings in a rather objective form. I find quite it interesting and refreshing when she is leading the action, as you can see I really like her way of thinking and her behavior. she is one of the best girls in Negima

I was reading past Negima chapters and I read chapter 87 (following the numbers in the downloads) and enjoyed again one of my favorite Yuecchi moments: first, when mops the floor with Kotaro in that verbal fight about "being strong" (not one, but two times) and the second is when Yuecchi shows the results of her practice (Practe bigi nar Vente) and blows off her skirt (make Kamo happy though). and for the manga when she tells negi on the boat to betray nodoka
especially when kamo started confronting her about it
where Yue died and Yuecchi was born

it made her go from 5th on my list to 2nd

I was pretty impressed how she handled herself against takamichi, plus she has studied philosphy for a while making her cooler in my book.

To raphael i really wouldn't call it wiping the floor against kotaro seeing how he is only ten and he basically things to be strong you have to swing your fist.
