Thread: Manga or Anime Pros and Cons

To tell u the truth the Manga is way better than the Anime in perspective in alot of ways. The character design is kinda messed up for example look at Asuna's face it looks deformed. Also Negi's voice sounds like a little girl LMAO in both the DUBBED and JAP ver. Also if you have ever watched the Jap op theme it shows the girls playing volleyball at the beach with their bikini's on But in the DUBBED ver the op is diff cause all they show is a volleyball being tossed up then they go to the episode. If anyone has any Pros or Cons about Negima please gladly post them here Ty.

Pros - Yuecchis performance in episode 24 18ish minute
Cons - everything else

Anime:

Pros: Nothing AT ALL. Except being able to claim that it is God's (or Kami's) punishment to a cruel world. (I've been saying this a lot... XD)

Cons: Everything... Except... (see above)

Manga:

Pros: Everything! (Ken-sama is a damn good mangaka...)

Cons: Well, not enough to complain about. =)

Welll....

Anime Section
Pro: Nice Music... Especially the Happy Material which has many versions...
Con: Bad drawing.... Bad coloring *The twins and Makie has Pink hair plus Shizuna... Eeeeew!* Rushed... It's rushed!

Manga Section
Pro: Awesome drawings and design... Awesome character sketch... Awesome poses esp. Negi's martial arts fighting... Many jokes... Long but ain't boring...
Con: Sometimes blurry... Sometimes wrong text or there's something wrong with the translation or no translation at all... No opening theme... *Of course!*

Well... Negi's voice is actually done by a girl named Rina Satou I think... Ain't sure but Negi's voice is really done by a girl...

Loved their Seat Number Son *Shusseki Bangou* and Hitori Janai Kara *Because you're not alone...*

Anime:
Pro: Voice acting was cool
Pro: Opening, I agree, was nice
Pro: Kamo-kun was really good voice cast
Con: Story was awful
Con: Drawing was badly done
Con: The action scenes weren't very good
Con: No negi sidekick in the form of Kotaru (that's gonna get me kicked by kotaru fans but there you go)

Manga:
Pro: Action scenes are awesome
Pro: Kotaru, I do think he is a necessity if not a main character
Pro: More artistic licence, the anime seemed cut in places where the manga dared to tread
Pro: The story is going somewhere...
Con: .... I can't work out where.

And negi would have to be done by a girl. That what young ten year old guys sound like...

Yup, most young boys in anime are voiced by female seiyuu, like Edward Elric (from FMA). (Or maybe it was Al? Maybe both.)
