Thread: Time Break

Do you guys think there will be a break like in Love Hina where Negi will come back older and more mature?

I think there will be because right now Negi is weak and way too young for anything. He will probably come back when the girls are like juniors or seniors in High School

probably not because then he wouldn't the teacher, right?

umm.... To be honest, I've thought up a few scenarios where Negi gets sucked into a time tunnel, of a kind and the story splits to two parallel stories, one where we follow Negi and one where we follow the girls attempt to find Negi.

this could be like 2 volumes long perhaps, and in the 2nd volume we don't see much to Negi, but focus more on the girls and all their attempts to find Negi.

At the end of volume 2, Negi pops up, 2 years older, whilst only 2 month has passed in the real world, Negi is anything but a child, his senses has been honed sharper than a razor, his magic power has quadribled, and he's worn out, his eyes don't sparkle like a childs, but looks like two wells, pitch black, and seethes with wisdom, and he has a few scars on his body marring the otherwise perfect look.

how does it sound ? a bit wild, but that's how I'd love to see him.

i guess that would be good but isn't two volumes a bit long? even keitaro wasn't missing for the whole volume but i like the idea. though i kinda doubt that it would happen because negi already has the aging pills to make himself look older.

well, Negi is only gone for one volume, from the beginning of volume 2, (where Akamatsu doesn't show us what he's going through, because we'll have a pretty good idea abou it from how volume 1 went), and he shows up on the last page of volume 2.
